Mezza is a new soft seating design made by Peter van de Water for Cascando. Mezza has a soft, inviting, almost loungy vibe. But there is more than the eye can see. This design can be used both solitair as modular with multifunctional elements. Those elements can function as a corner or side table, and offer options as a planter, power outlet and laptop table. The design is builld up in two layers, the seat and the back/arm rest. Both friendly and comfortable rounded and soft, but active enough to be used in the working environment.

Bloom is an outdoor chair for Banne that originates in a search for sustainable materials. In that search, Peter found eco-pixel, and to him, this recycled plastic looked just like stone. A recent visit to the famous Brancusi studio in Paris, inspired him to approach the design in a more sculptural manner. He gave the design softness and refinement to enrich the recycled plastic and the used rotational molding technique. Bloom opens and folds like a leaf, it even has a drain for rainwater.

The Bloom lounge chair was a finalist at Rosanna Orlandi’s guiltless plastic award and was exhibited at the MOST in Milan.

The design for the Oval table for Banne is based on the oval shaped leg. To make the table more durable Peter van de Water added an metal mounting plate to mount the legs on. This extra plate avoids the need of screwing directly in the wood itself when the leg is placed. Instead it works with bolts in the metal mounting plate, a much more durable construction, enabling to assemble and disassemble the legs without losing constructive stability. The table tops are made in FSC certified birch multiplex covered with forbo’s desktop. A durable natural product with an almost leather like feel to it. The oval table comes in a lot of shapes and sizes, a table fit for any situation, at work or at home.

The Air table is a nice addition to the collection with it’s beautiful and distinctive shaped table top. Binit is a steel waste bin with a special feature, designed by Peter van de Water for Gispen. The tapered, removable inner bin liner allows easy changing of bin bags but also keeps it all neatly in place. The corners, which are folded outward, account for the bins’ sturdy look. Oval is a diverse and multifunctional table series designed for Dutch furniture brand Banne. The range varies from smal bistro and meeting tables to big dining or conference tables. Oval is designed with a focus on sustainable material use and a durable design and construction.

The office version can be accesorized with a complete range of helpfull tools. A long and narow sloth in the table top allows you to guide cables to the stricking open structured cable tray. Special table top inserts function as grommet or hold a power outlet.

With this design, there is more than meets the eye. Besides recyclable steel legs, fsc birch plywood top and the all natural Forbo desktop finish, we also use a steel fixing plate to mount the table legs. A durable construction that will make this table last for many years, even if it is assembled and de-assembled over and over again.

Product-X is a modular table program for alfabet furniture ( Dutch design, California love ). A table program offering solutions for many different settings, both office and private. The program offers tables from 4 1/2 feet to 18 feet in length.
The tapered V-shaped double legs form the base of this design and come in elegant wood or industrial steel. These legs make this architectural design look light footed, even the biggest, 8 person work-tables, even in mean stealthy black.
On the other side of this spectrum we have the wooden meeting table with a wooden trapezoid top and solid wooden legs. An elegant, friendly warm, almost modern-classic table. Perfect as a meeting or dining tabel.

This final cut suspended light is designed for Belgian lighting brand TossB. The concept of the 'final cut' originates from a pipe of which both ends are cut under equal angles but in various directions. A simple design which creates both a varied and decorative image. This decorative aspect is intensified by the up and down light of the 'final cut'. The refinement of this hanging lamp will be expressed even more if you hang several fixtures side by side. In combination with the beveled edges, this allows you to create a very playful atmosphere.

Bamboo is a coat stand made for Dutch furniture brand Cascando. It is inspired by plants & nature. Sticks with hooks that look like leaves. The hooks are height adjustable by a simple and ingenious system using a small rubber ring. The hooks made of matt white plastic can easily be adjusted: simply slide the hook upwards, adjust the rubber O-ring and click the hook back into position. 
Bamboo comes with steel tube or solid oak poles and in a variety of colors.

This Easy jr dining chair is a new relative from the bigger Easy lounge chair. Just like its bigger brother, this jr is available in a four legged and a swivel version. In both versions the frame, “holding” all elements together is a striking feature, but in developing the chair we loved the soft seating elements so much, we also decided to make a “naked” version.

Team BSM is a wide range of soft seating elements. With its friendly appearance, Team BSM offers a solution for almost every demand. Seaters go from 1 up to 3, as do the loose backrests. The latest additions are two conrner pieces, in 90 or 120 degrees, with or without back rest.

This Basket coat stand for Cascando is made out of 5 similar bend arches. These arches are arranged on a pentagon shaped base, crossing in the top to form a functional coat stand. An intriguing shape and structure, made out geometrical elements and order. This coat stand is made out of steel rods and has a matte powder-coat finish.

( CE stands for Circular Economy. ) The Sett CE is produced out of 95% of recycled materials and one of the key elements, is a base, 3D printed out of recycled plastic. In the development of this sofa, Peter van de Water recognizes the true spirit of the donut economy as promoted by Kate Raworth. Experts in different field, working together on this one project. This collaborating mix of expertises make this result to stand out as it does.

The Sett CE sofa is developed with Gispen, Searious buisnes, Marcel van Galen engineering, TNO, 10XL and is awarded with a Dutch Design Award in the category, product.

Facet is a side table designed by Peter van de Water. In line with his fascination for repetition and structures, Facet is made out of 3 similar steel folded elements. Together they form this striking side table. The detail in the table top and foot, where these elements meet, is simply beautiful.

This Lean on wardrobe rack is one of the timeless and classic designs by Peter van de Water for Dutch brand Cascando. Lean on, as the name suggest’s, simply lean’s against the wall without any fixtures. The more weight is carries, the more stabile it gets. With the rack come the lean on coat hangers, to complete the design. Lean on is made out of 2 bend tube’s, a white coated under part and a stainless steel top. Together they form a closed frame with a fold.

The Bendit coffee table by Peter van de Water for Gispen is a large, square, luxurious table. The table is provided with two similar tops, coated with hig quality laminate, and offers storage space for remote controls, dvd’s, magazines and books. The tabletops are supported by four identical metal profiles.

The cover light design is literally a cover. A steel folded cover is placed over a basic and already existing, TL 5 lamp by Philips. The cover is folded asymmetrical and a white reflector is added to create a functional, origami like design. High quality detailing in the suspension complete this design. Produced in chrome steel, black, copper and matte aluminum.

Paddy is a happy, small stool and occasional table designed by Peter van de Water for Cascando. The round shape of Paddy suggests that using the stool will uncork a friendship. Balk is a candleholder made out of solid oak and aluminum. The strikt repetition of holes contrasts with the at random placed candles. Not using all the holes, having candles in different heights adds to the playfulness of this candleholder.

Skiff is a light footed sofa & fauteuil designed bij Peter van de Water for Label vandenberg. The design is an exercise in using less volume, trying to use less material but keeping the highest level of comfort. It resulted in this light and elegant design called Skiff. The design is based on a sharp, geometrical fold, seen on the outside of the armrest, resulting in a inviting shape. Inside the sofa it is pure softness. We had to invent some new way’s to reinsure this high level of comfort, with succes. Skiff is elegant, lightweight and surprising comfortable.

Dots & Disc where the first designs to be developed and produced with an independent designer. Dots is a coffee and side table where a frame can be filled with steel perforated plates or wooden panels. 
Disc is minimalistic translation of a vintage side table combining wood and steel.
